Jake himself arrived at my home ahead of schedule and explained everything and had it in writing. He had everything done within an hour and I got the tires at a decent price. Your prices were great – fyi I was getting $215 per + expenses for the tires and you guys were $199 + tax per all included. I had paid less two years ago per tire when I ordered 4, but again that was 4 and two years ago. I am VERY VERY happy with your service. I was stuck at my house as my spare was one of the tires that had to be replaced, and it would have been a logistical pain in my ass if I had to drive one to a shop, get it fixed, change out the other one, drive back to a shop and get that one fixed. Jake was great, very friendly and professional, as well as the other guy that came with him. There is no doubt that I will recommend your services over and over. Keep up the competitive pricing and the excellent service!

This was the greatest service!!! They were on time and finished the job in less time than they quoted. I was in the comfort of my own home while my tires were changed. I spoke with Jake on the phone to set up my appointment and he couldn’t have been more, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. The 2 men who came to my house were professional, responsible and prompt. In the past I’ve gone to many different tire stores and have never been as impressed as I was with “My Tire Guys”. I called many tire places and had many different quotes and the biggest difference here is the tire quote is all inclusive unlike all the others who quote you the tire price and nothing else and then you’re shocked when you receive the bill. My friend recommended them to me and I’ve already recommended this service to everyone I know. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this service is.

The tire was changed at my workplace, the old one taken away, the spare replaced in its place in the trunk and everything cleaned up. I do not have enough good things to say about Jake and My Tire Guys. I arrived at work a few weeks ago to discover that I had been driving on one flat tire and another one in serious need of air. While I was checking out my tires and trying to figure out how I could get this fixed before the commute home and how much I would damage my rims by driving on the flat tire, I looked up and saw a bright yellow truck with the words “My Tire Guys” on the front of the truck parked in the row behind me. Jake had noticed that I had been looking at my tires and walked over. He took a look at both tires and said that he could fix both easily with a plug and would start on the job as soon as he finished the other job. I was so relieved! However, my initial excitement was a bit tempered as I had given Jake my phone number to call me once he was through with the other customer and I had not heard from him and noticed that the truck had left the parking lot. I called Jake at the number he had left me and he went on to tell me that he was not able to reach me and that he had fixed the two tires anyway and left a note because he didn’t want to leave me stranded with a flat. I was floored! And soooo thankful!! I offered to send a check or give him my credit card information over the phone, but he wouldn’t take it. This made my week! I will recommend Jake and My Tire Guys to anyone that will listen. Thanks again Jake – I can’t express how much I appreciate what you did to help me out!

I had four tires to put on my car, and called EVERY shop within 50 miles of me and thc cheapest price i could get was $55 per tire JUST for mounting and balancing. I found My Tire Guys through craigslist and requested a quote through the website. Within ten minutes i had a professional response with a quote i couldn’t believe. To double check this i called the 1-800 number, where i was able to confirm the quote. The serviceman came to my work THE NEXT DAY and mounted and balanced all four tires for me, no rattles, no nothing just a perfect job!

My Tire Guys saved me over $100 dollars, and i would highly reccomend this service.

Right after purchasing my 350Z, i decided to replace the front Bidgestone Potenza tires to match the new rears. Knowing that these tires are on an 18″ Rim, i was expecting to pay about $250+ per tire in addition to the raised mounting and balancing fee associated with such performance wheels. After getting quotes from major, big name companies and adjusting myself to the heavy pricing ($240-300 per tire + 25 for mounting, balancing, and valve stems) I figured i would give MyTireGuys.com a shot. With low expectations, especially because they service the consumer at the location of his/her choice, i called Jake. When jake told me that the price of the 2 fronts mounted, balanced, and ready to roll was $180 per tire, I asked if he was pulling my leg. On top of that, Jake offered to make my appointment for the next day. Since I had no time the following day, Jake volunteered to move his schedule around on that Friday to better fit mine and serviced my car on time, professionally, and quickly. Not only was he on time, but he was professional, knowledgable, and does good work.

Before deciding to go ahead with a “Mobile” service, i was a little bit skeptical of them using Jacks and balancing my tires in a truck. Jake proved the quality of his work despite my expectations and i am pleasantly surprised. 1000k later, there are no vibrations and the tires are wearing well. I highly recommend MyTireGuys to anyone in need of tires in New England and wish that Jake would travel to NJ to do the rest of my cars.

The only thing I know about tires is that I need new ones every few years. My past two tire experiences were awful….One retailer, who shall remain nameless ([email protected]), was so agressive-trying to sell me the most expensive tires they had in the showroom, then making me feel like an idiot when I didn’t understand their ‘tire speak’ that I will never go back to them again.

I found Mytireguys.com while surfing the other day and took a chance. The experience was great! I called the 800 number for an estimate and Jake was so helpful and nice…I’ve never dealt with anyone in the automotive industry who was so helpful.

I scheduled an appointment for 11 am, he called just before he got to my house (on time, mind you)…he pulled his truck into the driveway, we spoke for a minute, he changed out my tires and was gone in just over an hour.

This service is fantastic for those of us who are too busy to go hunting for a friendly garage….he even offered to change my tires at my place of business. The quote he gave me on the tires included installation, removal of the old tires (a surprise added charge at most places) and coming out to my house. Surprisingly, it was almost the same price as the other quotes I got from local places.

Save yourself the time and trouble…call Jake, have him come to where you work…or your house…and let him take care of everything. I highly recommend this service!
