As a small business owner I stay hands on with day to day operation and follow the feedback we get from customers very closely. My Tire Guys were very responsive and got the work done quick. I ordered from Tire Rack and sent them to My Tire Guys... and then called me next day to schedule an installation date. When the service technicians arrived, I had Matthew. He was very knowledgeable, nice and professional. They had their own pucks (for electric vehicles) which was great as well as experience with teslas. They were in and out in an hour and installation was great. I upped the aspect ratio sizes from 35 to 40 and it was no problem at all for them to install. Other places I tried could could not install outside of factory sizes. Highly convenient having them come to you and do a great job. (You pay for convenience!) Strongly recommend!read more

This was the first time I used a mobile tire shop (I actually didn't know they existed), and it was a wonderful, easy,... stress free experience. Getting quotes, picking the right tire, scheduling the appointment, getting the tires changed, and paying was all incredibly easy, and the My Tire Guys team was very helpful throughout the enTIRE experience (see what I did there!). I had all four tires changed on our Honda van, and the team showed up on time and completed the job efficiently and effectively. My experience with My Tire Guys was excellent, start to finish! I called on Monday and spoke to Jimmy who advised me on... my options (needed to replace all 4 tires but wasn’t sure to go with Run Flats, All Season, etc.).. Jimmy was incredibly knowledgeable and provided a quote right over the phone. I called around to price check and the quote he provided was very competitive, not to mention the convenience of them coming to my home. By Wednesday (2 days later) the guys arrived and installed my new tires. The 2 men who serviced my car were equally friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They even suggested before I paid that I take my car for a quick drive up my street to ensure I was comfortable with the new tires. Jake, my service technician, arrived at my home 15 minutes early and after a brief discussion started work on my Tesla... Model 3 Performance, replacing the 20" OEM tires with the same product they supplied. He worked efficiently, using Tesla recommended jack plugs and wooden boards to be sure he did not damage the car or the driveway. The new tires (acoustic) were balanced and the studs torqued and actually seem quieter than the original. And all of this cost less than local tire shops! Very professional.read more

From Jake who answered the phone and educated me about options to Matt who did... the install at my house of new winter tires and rims for my Tesla Model Y, I immediately knew I was in good hands. I recently acquired a new set of wheels and was looking for a very specific set of tires. After looking around at... reviews, I came upon My Tire Guys. I was intrigued by both how good their reviews were as well as the convenience of them coming to my house to do the work. I contacted Jake, who rapidly gave me a quote (which was very reasonable) for the exact tires I wanted and worked with me to schedule around the delivery of my new wheels.
